Playgroups
Playgroups are an easy-going and relaxed get-together for Mob.
What are playgroups?
Playgroups provide a safe, fun and culturally strong space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with children aged 6 weeks–5 years. All playgroups are free, welcoming, and designed to support children’s early learning while also strengthening family and community connections.

What to expect?
Weekly playgroups consist of different activities for you and your jarjum to interact with, as well as providing a healthy morning tea and lunch for everyone to enjoy.
Playgroups can also offer support and guidance in finding culturally safe childcare or kindergarten services, in-home playgroups and support in learning/play environments as well as support in all areas of your child’s development, behaviour and eating concerns.
